Tsuyu(rainy season)

Hello, everyone.
I recommend that you enjoy Japan in Nara.

It was raining all day today.
This area has finally come to the rainy season.
The average rainy season is around June 7 every year, so this year is very late.
The rainy season occurs in the baiu front.
The baiu front occurs in the south of Japan and gradually goes north.
Because of this, normally, the rainy season begins in Okinawa around May 9, in southern Kyushu on May 31, and in Kinki on June 7.
This year, the baiu front was in Okinawa until the day before yesterday.
The baiu front has suddenly moved northward yesterday.
Rain will continue for a while.
And a typhoon also came.
It seems that it will rain heavily.
Everyone, let's not forget the rain measures!

That's all for today.
See you.

Hydrangea flowers

Hello, everyone.
I recommend that you enjoy Japan in Nara.

Hydrangeas are blooming in my garden now.
The red hydrangeas are blooming beautifully.
The rainy hydrangea flowers and the snail on its leaves are my image of Japan in late June.

I took this picture yesterday morning.
Since it rained the night before yesterday, the hydrangeas are moderately wet.
It is very disappointing that there was no snail.
The famous spot of hydrangea in Nara Prefecture is Yatadera Temple in Koriyama City.
In addition, there are Kume-dera in Kashihara City and Hase-dera in Sakurai City.
At this time, tourists must enjoy hydrangea flowers as well as famous places and ruins.

That's all for today.
See you.

Good weather before the rainy season

Hello, everyone.
I recommend that you enjoy Japan in Nara.

Well, yesterday in Nara, the weather was almost good.
The whole sky was cloudy all day, but it was not black rainy clouds but white sunny clouds.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature in Nara City was 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the minimum temperature was 61 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the daytime I was able to spend comfortably in a shirt with a short sleeve.
Most of the men of Western tourists on Sanjo-dori Street wear knee trousers.
(But Japanese men, except for children, do not wear knee trousers on the street even if it is hot.)
Such a comfortable time is just a little over.
It will be rainy season soon, and then hot summer will come.
It is 6:30 am now.
I looked out of the window.
The sky is similar to yesterday.
I will spend to enjoy this good weather today as well.

That's all for today.
See you.
